Solid outlook for eurozone, says Draghi

Mario Draghi, president of the European Central Bank, said the eurozone was “proceeding along a solid and broad-based growth path”

Muted market reaction characterised what was another subdued ECB conference today as President Draghi failed to deliver a clear message.
With eurozone growth remaining lacklustre since the turn of the year, the Central Bank will have a hard time convincing investors that next year will see the first interest rate hike in over a decade.
